This policy describes how GoPuppy (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you use our iOS application. Please review it alongside any disclosures shown in the app and in Apple’s App Store.

Account and app data: You may enter profile and training-related information (for example, your dog’s name, preferences, or training progress). This data is stored on your device and in services we use to sync and back up your account, as implemented in the app.
Notifications: If you enable reminders, the system may store schedule information locally and use Apple’s notification services to deliver alerts. You can turn reminders off in the app or system Settings.
Analytics and diagnostics: We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand aggregate app usage and to diagnose crashes. These services may collect device and usage data as described in Google’s documentation.
Purchases: Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple or our billing partners.
To provide and improve the app, support users, analyze aggregate usage, and comply with applicable law.
We use service providers (including Google Firebase and RevenueCat) that process data on our behalf under their terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the app and for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving support issues or meeting legal obligations). You may delete app data by removing the app from your device, subject to any cloud backup or account data retained by our providers as described in their policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain data. Contact us at the email above. You may also adjust tracking where Apple’s system prompts allow.
The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not provide personal information about children without appropriate consent.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
